So many labels with so much confusing, often conflicting, information. “Low Fat,” “All Natural,” “Lowers Cholesterol” and all those other spectacular claims on the front of the product are confusing enough, but then you look at the ingredient list! What in the world does all that stuff mean?? You can’t even pronounce most of it. How do you know which product to buy?
